Retail Supplier Leases 9,000 SF in Bentonville

The recent Skyline Report said there’s still plenty of commercial space to absorb, but we’re seeing some positive leases.
Recently the retail supplier Central Pet & Garden Co., a diversified maker of Pennington grass seeds and a number of familiar pet care brands, combined a couple of satellite offices and leased 9,000 SF at Archer’s Business Park in Bentonville. Archer’s is a tad off the beaten path, near the intersection of N.E. J Street and E. Central Avenue.
The company has room for display schematics on either side (pets on one, outdoor and garden on the other). The space leases for $14.75 per foot, and Archer’s is now 93 percent occupied.
Butch Gurganus, broker at Colliers International, represented Archer’s in the deal.
