Mark Spradlin, through his Precision Building Systems LLC, recently purchased three single-family building permits valued at a combined $593,979. Precision builds under the brand name Craftsman Custom Homes.

The homes are at 4301, 4303 and 4305 SW Slate Lane in Bentonville.

Allison Electric is the electrical contractor on the homes.

Sturdivants Heat and Air of Springdale is the HVAC contractor. G&S Insulation of Springdale is installing the insulation. Jerry’s Plumbing of Bentonville is the plumbing contractor. Passmore Drywall is installing the drywall. Carino’s Painting is the paint contractor. Emco Termite & Pest Control of Fayetteville is providing termite services.

Paige Spradlin, through PS Realty, is the exclusive listing agent in the subdivision.

The homes are listed from $148,000 to $178,000 and range from 1,618 SF to 1,945 SF.

The homes are near Tater Black Road. Spradlin has built several craftsman-style homes in the HighPointe subdivision across Tater Black.

Auto Repair Store Set for September

The Christian Brothers Automotive at 600 SE Walton Blvd. in Bentonville is nearing completion and slated for a late-September opening.

The 4,921-SF building had a permit valued at $516,705.

Alan Utz & Associates Inc. of Tyler, Texas was the general contractor.

Royal Electric of Springdale was the electrical contractor.

Richard Davis Plumbing of Bentonville was the plumber.

BBB Septic & Portable Toilets provided sanitation services.

Christian Brothers is a Houston, Texas-based automotive repair franchise with about 80 locations throughout the southern states. The Bentonville franchise is owned by Tom and Kathy Beadel of Bentonville.

The company requires franchisers to have a minimum of $100,000 in net worth, with $65,000 in liquidity and is looking to expand in Louisiana, New Mexico, South Carolina and North Carolina.

Andrade Buys Main St. Building

Wallace L. Andrade, through his Andrade 1989 Trust, recently purchased a 7,746-SF commercial building located at 233 No. 1 E. Main St. in Farmington.

Andrade paid $515,000 for the building known as Main Street Center.

He purchased it from Rock Solid Investments LLC of Farmington, which is operated by Dan and Debbie Dorman.

The building was constructed in 1982. The purchase included lighting and signage, a 488-SF wood deck, parking area and canopies.
