Correction: ValuPath Deal Not Done Yet

It seems we jumped the gun when reporting ZweigWhite’s acquisition of ValuPath Advisors recently.

While the deal hadn’t actually been sealed as of our July 26 publication date, we understand terms have been finalized in the meantime. ZweigWhite is a company in the architecture, engineering and environmental consulting business, while ValuPath specializes in business appraisal, machinery and equipment appraisal and valuation-related consulting services.

ValuPath president Tracey Jeffers will serve as principal of ZweigWhite’s valuation consulting group.

“I knew I wanted to be a part of the team and blend ValuPath into something much larger,” Jeffers said.
