We hear Arvest Bank may have found a buyer for the 64-acre Village on the Creeks it had to take back in early 2009 when C.R. Lehman Properties LP filed for bankruptcy.

Arvest was listed as Carmen Lehman‘s largest creditor with a $27.3 million loan secured by the property.

A couple of calls to potential investors yielded a, “I don’t care to comment about that.”

While not definitive, it sure wasn’t a denial.

Village on the Creeks, which has an adjacent chapel-for-lease, has 85,000 SF and is about 68 percent occupied.
