The Northwest Arkansas Business Journal this year will partner with the Northwest Arkansas Commercial Data Exchange for the compilation of its annual Office/Retail Lease guide, to be published June 28.

The NWA CDX is powered by Xceligent, a provider of listing information for the commercial real estate industry, which develops and operates Internet-based commercial property databases.

The databases feature leasing information and statistics on office, retail and industrial properties.

All data for the Business Journal’s list published in June will be gleaned from the CDX on June 7. All information entered after June will not be included in the data supplied to the publication for the guide.

Xceligent’s business model is based on the belief that every Commercial Information Exchange should have a governing board comprised of local exchange members. Members maintain the information and the level of research oversight is determined by the local market.

Xceligent, based in Independence, Mo. formed an alliance with LoopNet Inc., which operates the largest online real estate marketplace, in 2007 and launched a nationwide expansion.
