Operation Medicine Cabinet

Operation Medicine Cabinet is sponsored by the Fort Smith Police Department and will be held in the parking lot of Arvest Bank located at 5000 Rogers Avenue in Fort Smith, Arkansas from 11am to 2pm. 

All citizens are invited to bring unwanted, expired or not needed controlled or non-controlled medication from their homes to be destroyed by the FSPD, no questions asked.  The goal is to eliminate these substances from the home and destroy the substances in a safe, eco friendly manner to deter misuse or abuse.  

In exchange for your unwanted medication, Walmart Gift Cards will be provided (while supplies last). 

The FSPD will safely and properly destroy the items for the community, with no questions asked – FREE of charge.

This is your opportunity to go through your medications at your home and bring the unwanted, expired or not needed medication to this event to be properly destroyed.
