ADR Homes Starts Seven Houses in West Fayetteville

Jeff Roth, through his ADR Homes by Roth of Bentonville, recently purchased seven building permits valued at a combined $1.13 million. The permits are for construction of single-family homes in the Lierly Lane subdivision in Fayetteville. The subdivision is near Mt. Comfort Road, west of Interstate 540.

The lots are located at 2926, 2938, 2952, 2958 and 2964 N. Cassius Lane, and 4207 and 4223 W. Titus Dr.

The homes will range in size from 1,750 SF to 1,820 SF. Some will be three-bedroom with three-car garages and some will be four-bedroom with two-car garages.

Amenities will include custom cabinets, granite countertops, tumbled marble backsplashes, brick and stone exteriors, tile showers, whirlpool bathtubs, blinds, fencing and fully sodded yards.

Weichert Realtors-The Griffin Company is the listing firm. The homes will be listed in the $179,000 to low $180,000 range.

Kimbel Mechanical Systems of Springdale is doing the plumbing work and Fast Electric of Springdale is doing the electrical. General Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. of Rogers will do the HVAC.

Roth will have ten total homes in the subdivision; one is pre-sold and many of the others are slated for completion by May. Roth frequently obtains financing through Chambers Bank, First Western Bank and Parkway Bank.

ADR has other homes under way in Embry Acres in east Fayetteville, Eden’s Brooke subdivision in Bentonville and Liberty Bell Estates in Rogers.

 

Dilday Home

Nears Completion

Construction on a home a 4291 Don Tyson Parkway in Springdale is nearing completion.

The home, owned by Brad Dilday, is being built by McDonald Construction & Properties LLC of Rogers. A building permit valued at $898,383 was purchased in April 2009. The home will have 8,012 SF of heated space and about 800 SF of unheated space.

Chad Coats AC is performing the plumbing, Phoenix Electrical Services LLC of Stella, Mo. is doing the electrical work and Sun City Solar is also a subcontractor.

The Bank of Fayetteville is supplying the financing. w

 

Cases Buy

Clear Stead

Douglas Alan and Christine Case recently purchased a home in Phase I of the Clear Creek subdivision in Johnson.

The Cases purchased the 6,011-SF home at 5778 Dornoch Dr. for $525,000 in January from Onewest Bank. The home, land and improvements last appraised for $1.08 million in 2008.

Amenities include a 16-foot by 30-foot heated swimming pool, stucco exterior and 175 feet of wrought iron fencing.

The home was built in 2006.
