Thorpe Buys Talamore Home

Daniel W. Thorpe recently purchased a 5,704-SF home in Bentonville.

Thorpe paid Deutsche Bank $665,000 for the two-story brick home that was built in 2005.

The home is in the Talamore subdivision, and sits on 5.81 acres. It recently appraised for a total value of $1.01 million. It has four full bathrooms and a half-bath, and two fireplaces.

Part of Thorpe’s loan was through Arvest Mortgage.
