King?s River Title Acquires Two Offices

King’s River Title & Abstract Co., based in Carroll County, opened offices in Washington and Benton counties in late January after acquiring Commerce Land Title in Fayetteville and Land Trust Title in Farmington.
King’s River Title, with offices in Berryville and Eureka Springs, opened its first office in Berryville in 1936 during the Grerat Depression as Berryville Abstract and Title.
“It shows we’ve got the strength to survive in difficult economic times,” co-owner Wade Williams said.
Kings River Title’s services include document preparation, abstract and closing services, title insurance and title searches for residential, agricultural, and commercial properties.
