ARC Construction Plans 10 Spec Starts in Rogers

Allen Walker, Ralph Walker and Carl Walker, through their business, ARC Construction & Development Inc. of Centerton, recently purchased six building permits valued at a combined $756,132. The permits are for construction of single-family homes in the Bellview subdivision in Rogers.
The lots are located at 6001, 6003, 6005, 6007, 6009 and 6011 S. 37th Street. The lots are about 0.16 of an acre.
Bellview is located on the west side of Interstate 540, south of the intersection of Bellview Street and Pleasant Grove Road.
ARC purchased 123 lots in the subdivision from the First National Bank of Wynne for $1.6 million in December. Individual lots recently appraised at $40,000 each. Bank of Arkansas NA provided the financing.
The subdivision is partially completed.
The partners plan to build homes between 1,600 SF and 1,720 SF. They will list between $149,000 and $159,000. There will be five stock floor plans.
Amenities will include fully bricked exteriors, granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerators, two-inch blinds, walk-in closets, tiled showers and whirlpool bathtubs.
The group plans 10 starts on spec homes that with projected completion in April or May.
