3122 Township LLC recently purchased the former home of Brandon and Keri Barber for $2 million. The home at 3122 Township in Fayetteville was purchased from Jeff and Marshawn Whorton, who purchased the home from the Barbers in 2008 for $1.55 million.
The home last appraised for $1.2 million in 2008.
The Barbers built the home in 2005 after buying the land from Candlewood Development in 2003 for $110,000. The 5,713-SF home features two fireplaces, a swimming pool and hot tub. Fayetteville lawyer K. Vaughn Knight is listed as the registered agent for 3122 Township LLC.
Greenleaf Townhomes Purchased for $1.05 M
Thomas Embach, through his Greenleaf Apartments LLC, recently purchased the Greenleaf Townhomes in Fayetteville for $1.05 million. The townhomes were purchased from Tritex Real Estate Advisors Inc.
The townhomes were built in 1982. They include 61 units in 10 buildings on North Betty Jo Drive and Jewell Road. Tritex bought the property through a foreclosure sale in 2009.

In Fayetteville Subdivision
TTO LLC recently purchased 30 lots in the Lierly Lane subdivision of Fayetteville for $1.35 million. The lots, located on N. Seneca Avenue, N. Cassius Lane, W. Lierly Lane and W. Berseis Drive, were purchased from Blind Squirrel LLC. Blind Squirrel purchased the lots in 2005 from Maxine and Raymond Osborn and the Carmen L. Lierly & Thelma B. Lierly Revocable Living Trust. John Russell Meeks and John Ed Chambers III are managing members of TTO LLC. Justin Salter is the sole member of Blind Squirrel LLC.

Gina and Ray Evans recently purchased a home in the Clear Creek subdivision in Johnson for $700,000. The 4,703-SF home, located at 5476 Clear Creek Blvd., was purchased from Suzanne Jo Martin and Jesus Alberto Gonzalez-Pita who purchased the home from Clear Creek Residential LLC in 2004 for $805,000. The home last appraised in 2007 for $880,950.
The two-story home features a three-car garage, game room, two fireplaces, a large deck and a pool. It is located on the Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course in a gated community. The home was built in 2003.
