While her case is still pending in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Keri Barber’s trustee is auctioning off some of her personal belongings in attempt to pay her creditors.

On Jan. 26, Barber will auction to the public a Beluga sterling silver watch, three diamond rings, one diamond and opal ring, three pairs of earrings and seven bracelets.

Barber filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in May 2009, declaring $16.27 million in liabilities. Her biggest debt is part of $11.5 million due to Legacy National Bank for the defaulted loan on the Legacy Building in Fayetteville.

Barber has already sold off several of her personal belongings, including a Range Rover, a Lexus, furniture and $89,000 worth of jewelry used to pay her attorney.
