The sentencing hearing for Dana Washburn of Rogers, who admitted using phony
collateral to defraud IberiaBank Corp. out of $3.6 million, has been postponed a couple of times due to some lingering health concerns.
The sentencing hearing is currently set for March 18 in U.S. District Court in Little Rock.
