Used as cross-training by professional dancers, gymnasts, and ice skaters, Pilates focuses on maintaining strength and stability from your “core” postural muscles including lower back and abdominals. Each exercise involves your whole body to improve your strength and flexibility from the inside out.

Classes will be held on: Thursdays 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. February 11 – March 18
