New Italian Eatery Coming to Fayetteville

Looks like an Italian restaurant will step in to fill the space left vacant by Oseguera’s in the Evelyn Hills Shopping Center in Fayetteville.
Osegueras closed its Fayetteville location in August over a tenant/landlord dispute. According to the property manager, the restaurant failed to pay more than $80,000 in unpaid rent and tenant-improvement work.
Meanwhile, Tiamo Italian Restaurant has started advertising for server positions and will hold a grand opening on Dec. 14.
