Frez-n-Stor Inc., a public refrigerated warehouse, recently purchased a building at 200 Porter Ave. in Springdale for $822,000. The 65,875-SF building, constructed in 1970, was purchased from Great Sites LLC, which purchased the building in 2001 for $575,000. The building previously served as the facility for A.E.R.T. Raw Materials Group. The building is located on two acres and includes two dock doors, thee drive-in doors, 18-foot sidewalls and rail access.
