Clinard Expands United Industries

Clinard Construction recently purchased a building permit valued at $966,428 for an expansion to United Industries in Bentonville. The expansion includs the addition of 32,000 SF to the United Industries warehouse at 1900 E. Central Ave.
The addition will include a loading dock and an open storage area as well as 18 additional parking spaces. NorthStar Engineering is the engineer on the project.
