Canning and Preserving Your Garden Delights

Learn principles of food preservation techniques for the home. Ask questions and get answers to common canning questions like preparing sweet spreads without added sugar. Participants will receive a list of equipment needed for food preservation, as well as recipes. A display of equipment used for food preservation will be on hand for show and tell.
