Bentonville Shopping Center Purchased

Marishamatt Properties LLC recently purchased the Metro Market shopping center at 2905 S. Walton Blvd. in Bentonville for $2.75 million. The center was purchased from Skinnywater LLC. The center includes 40,756 SF of commercial space on 3.86 acres. The space has an occupancy rate of 88 percent. Existing tenants include San Francisco Bread Company, Gusano’s Pizzeria, Higher Definition and Western Federal Credit Union.
