Greatest of all time
Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods and Babe Ruth are the top three U.S. sports stars, respectively, of all time, according to a new The Harris Poll.
Harris surveyed 2,293 U.S. adults — with 1,494 of those following more than one sport — between Oct. 5 and Oct. 12.
The man who called himself “the greatest,”,boxer Mohammed Ali is number 4, while quarterback Brett Favre who has yet to stay retired is number five on the greatest sport star list.
The next five on the top 10 list are: Joe Montana, 6; Wayne Gretzky, 7; Peyton Manning, 8 (tied); Ted Williams, 8 (tied); and tied for 10th are Hank Aaron and LeBron James.
