The Board of Directors of Arkansas Best Corp. declared Tuesday (Oct. 20) a quarterly cash dividend of 15 cents per share to holders of record on Nov. 3 and payable on Nov. 17.
The Fort Smith-based transportation holding company is scheduled to release third quarter earnings on Wednesday (Oct. 21).
ABF Freight System Inc., Arkansas Best’s largest subsidiary, provides transportation of less-than-truckload (“LTL”) general commodities throughout North America.
Shares of Arkansas Best (NASDAQ: ABFS) closed Monday at $30, up 3 cents. During the past 52 weeks, the share price has ranged from a $34.56 high to a $15.84 low.
