Delta Trust and Bank has made the move to Washington County.

The Parkdale-based operation opened offices in Bella Vista and Gravette in 2001, but transferred the latter location to 1676 E. Joyce Blvd. in Fayetteville earlier this summer. A soft opening was held in June, and the bank currently is open, with a grand opening set for Sept. 18.

Communications and marketing officer Heide Harrell said Delta is ecstatic to establish its first presence in Washington County and views the move as “a great growth opportunity.”

The full-service branch houses seven employees in a space formerly occupied by First Western Bank, and is looking to add an investment broker. Doug Lynch serves as the Northwest Arkansas Regional President.

Delta boasts increases of $16 million in loans, $22 million in deposits and $27 million in total assets since June, according to Harrell.
