Youth Bridge Inc. recently purchased two parcels of land in Springdale for a total of $1.28 million. Youth Bridge plans to consolidate its Fayetteville residential programs into a new campus on 40 acres at the corner of Don Tyson Parkway and George Anderson Road.

The property, purchased from One Springdale Inc., will accommodate an expanded substance abuse residential unit, administrative offices, school and dining areas and a recreational area.

Welsco Develops Springdale Site
Welsco Inc., a welding and cutting equipment company based in North Little Rock, recently broke ground on a 6,200-SF facility in Springdale valued at $656,187.

The company is consolidating its Bentonville and Springdale locations into one location at 4266 Conestoga St., near the Interstate 540 and Wagon Wheel Road intersection.

Multicraft Contractors is building the facility, which will house about 10 employees.

Adams Buys Goshen Home
Serrhel Adams Jr. recently purchased a home in the Bordeaux Village subdivision of Goshen for $648,000. The 4,359-SF home was purchased from Charles and Julie Priest, who bought the land in 2002 for $100,000.

The home at 1325 Lafite Ln. was built in 2004. It includes a fireplace, swimming pool and hot tub.

Ozarks Electric Buys Springdale Clinic
Ozarks Electric Cooperative recently purchased an office building in Springdale for $500,000.

The 5,072-SF building at 406 W. Emma Ave. was purchased from the Hedberg Family LLC, which purchased the building in 2000 from the Springdale Bank & Trust for $500,000. The building was constructed in 1993 and is currently occupied by Springdale Allergy & Asthma Center.

The property was recently listed for $568,000 by Sage Partners of Fayetteville.
