Fayetteville Walgreens Store Sells to Trust for $5.7M (Real Deals)

Inreit Fayetteville LLC recently purchased a Walgreens store on One Mile Road in Fayetteville for $5.73 million. The property, located at the corner of Hwy. 62 and One Mile Road, was purchased from Sixth & One Mile 2007 LLC, which bought the 2 acre property from Bank of the Ozarks in 2007 for $2.48 million.

Inreit Fayetteville is owned by Inreit Real Estate Investment Trust of Minot, ND.

Fayetteville Rehab Center Purchased
Reliance Health Care of Conway, through its Fayv Re LLC, recently purchased Northwest Health & Rehab in Fayetteville for $3.7 million.

The facility at 27 E. Appleby Rd. was purchased from Lakeside Properties LLC. Richard Osborne is the registered agent for Lakeside Properties. The facility was previously owned by Richard Osborne and Tommy Holland, who purchased the land in 1991 for $128,000. The 35,868-SF facility was built in 1992.

Rockwood Buys Two Properties
Rockwood Investments LLC of Farmington recently purchased two properties from First Federal Bank for a total value of $690,000.

Rockwood purchased a 4,926-SF apartment building at 15 W. Martin Luther King Rd.

Bryson and Angelia Coleman purchased the building in 2006 for $275,00. The building was constructed in 1965.

First Federal Bank foreclosed on the property in January 2009 for $150,000.

Rockwood Investments also purchased a carwash at 89 W. Main St. in Farmington. Carzone Carwash LLC purchased the carwash in 2004 for $198,000. The carwash was foreclosed upon in March 2009 and sold to First Federal for $636,000.

The property was listed for $495,000 by Legend Realty Inc. of Farmington.
