Brown Pitches Power Conditioners
A Northwest Arkansas real estate broker is pitching a new product that claims to save 10 to 30 percent on home energy costs. Craig Brown of the C Brown Group, which recently relocated to Rogers from Lawrence, Kan., is marketing power conditioners that help home appliances run more efficiently while protecting against spikes and surges. Brown said the product, called the EcoPower 4, cost $599 with a payback of about 18 months to two years. The power conditioner, made by EcoTrust Energy in Bristol, Va., can be installed on the electrical panel by a professional electrician.
