Berdals Purchase Four Parcels on South School (Real Deals)
Maximino and Raquel Berdal recently purchased four parcels on South School Avenue in Fayetteville for $1.6 million. The land was purchased from Sansone S School Avenue LLC. The purchase includes a lot at 786 S. School Ave. that contains a 7,000-SF building currently operating as Advanced Auto Parts.
Pinnacle Home Trades Hands
David and Christie Phelan recently purchased a home in the Pinnacle Subdivision of Rogers for $1.35 million. The two-story home, located at 1 Newhaven Ln., was purchased from the Hill Family Revocable Trust. The Hill family purchased two parcels from Tallchamps LLC in 2005 for $236,000.
The 5,663 SF home sits on 0.6 acres. Its features include a fireplace, a swimming pool and a pool house. The home was built in 2007.
Arvest Bank Buys Bella Vista Building
Arvest Bank recently purchased a building in Bella Vista from Cooper Commercial Properties for $1.2 million.
The building, located at 403 Town Center, contains a 7,004-SF Arvest Bank branch and sits on 0.84 acres.
The building was constructed in 1993.
Goff Rolls Over Curry’s Building
Tiffany Anne and William Neil Caston recently purchased the Curry’s Video building at 612 N. College Ave. in Fayetteville for $657,000. The 16,672-SF building was purchased from Dewitt Clinton Goff, who purchased the building in 1985 for $227,000. The building was constructed in 1950.
The space, which previously operated as a video and novelty store, is being renovated and will open in the fall as a roller skating rink.
Trumbo Office Building Bought
Robert Hill recently purchased the Trumbo Building in Fayetteville for $450,000. The 7,825 SF office building at 3024 N. Market Ave. was purchased from the Arthur Howell Trumbo Trust.
The building was constructed in 1976.
