A couple of businesses were left looking for new homes when Sam’s Club chose the Superior Building in Bentonville as its headquarters.
Infosys, an IT and consulting outfit, won’t have to move far. Its new home, the Skyline Professional Center, can be seen from the parking lot of the Superior Building.
Infosys will occupy the second floor of Skyline, a space of about 13,500 SF. The Skyline building has about 40,500 SF of total rental space, and word is it won’t be long before more of it is filled.
Crossmark, a professional services company that targets four main areas — headquarter selling, retail merchandising, store level marketing and streamlining trade practices — also is on the move.
Crossmark is headed to The Shoppes at Pinnacle Hills, where it will occupy roughly 12,500 SF.
