Lazenby Sells Three Liquor Stores, Properties (Real Deals)

William Lazenby recently sold three liquor stores for a combined value of $2.11 million.

Town and Country Liquor Store in Fayetteville, along with adjacent parcels, was purchased by Old Farm Road LLC of Springdale for $860,000.

Lazenby bought the 4,715-SF building in 1988 for $176,000.

R. Justin Eichmann is the registered agent for Old Farm Road LLC.

Tontitown Liquor LLC purchased Tontitown Liquors in the Northwest Arkansas Industrial Park for $700,000.

Lazenby bought the 2,940-SF building in 2000 for $445,000.

Ginny Wilson is the registered agent for Tontitown Liquor LLC.

Westside Liquor in Fayetteville sold to the RMR Group LLC of Springdale for $550,000. Lazenby bought the property in 2000 for $570,000. The 2,800-SF store on Martin Luther King Boulevard was built in 1983. Eichmann is also the registered agent for the RMR Group LLC.

New Walgreens Under Construction
HBD Construction of St. Louis recently purchased a building permit valued at $1.5 million to construct a Walgreens store at the southeast corner of New Hope Road and Promenade Boulevard in Rogers. The Pinnacle Group is the developer of the store, which will anchor future development on the 56-acre site.

Icon Steel Construction of Rogers is providing the steel construction for the building.

Simmons First National Bank is financing the project.

Pierce Properties Buys Student Apartments
Hog Habitat LLC, led by Collier Pierce of Fayetteville, recently purchased a student housing building at the corner of Garland and Cleveland streets in Fayetteville for $874,000.  

Chambers Bank was the seller of the property.

Joel Sanders, President and principal broker of Trinco Real Estate, represented Pierce Properties.

Collier Pierce is the owner of Pierce Properties.

The building includes 28 two-bedroom apartments.

Pierce is planning an interior and exterior renovation of the apartment building, which should be completed by fall.

Champions Home Trades Hands
Hugh Stanfield and Paris Watts-Stanfield recently purchased a home in the Champion’s Golf and Country Club subdivision in Rogers for $979,000.

The 3,534-SF home was purchased from James and Marcella Hagan, who purchased the lot in 2005 for $130,000.

The home was built in 2007 on a 0.47-acre lot. It features hardwood floors, a fireplace and four bathrooms.
