Intrust Acquisition Confirmed

Remember the Home BancShares Inc. charter being sold to Intrust Bank NA of Wichita, Kan., for use in Northwest Arkansas that we mentioned in this space in the last issue?

It’s was finally confirmed on April 16 by filings with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency that it is a charter left over when Twin City Bank of North Little Rock is collapsed, like its five sister charters, into Centennial Bank of Conway in the next few weeks.
