Comfort Suites in Springdale Under New Ownership (Real Deals)

Bhikha Hospitality LLC recently purchased the Comfort Suites in Springdale for $3.83 million. The hotel at 1099 Rieff St. was purchased from T.H. Hospitality-Comfort Suites Inc.

The hotel was built in 2003 and has a total of 43,344 SF. The hotel has three floors with 69 guest rooms. It includes an indoor pool, an exercise gym, and meeting and banquet facilities.

Havinbhai Patel is incorporator/organizer of Bhikha Hospitality LLC.

Savana Estates Home Purchased
John and Sharon Gaber recently purchased a home at 2610 N. Charleston Xing in the Savana Estates neighborhood of Fayetteville for $975,000.

The 4,342 SF home was purchased from Richard and Tamara Greene, who bought the land in 1996 for $67,000.

The home was built in 2000. It last appraised in 2007 for $852,550.

The home features two fireplaces, a detached garage, swimming pool, hot tub, gazebo and wrought iron fence.

Springdale Office Building Purchased
Vail Properties LLC of Jonesboro recently purchased the A.G. Edwards & Sons Inc. office building on Old Missouri Road in Springdale for $438,000. The building was purchased from Sager Holdings LLC, which purchased the building in 2002 for $500,000.

The 4,668 SF building was constructed in 1998.

Thompson Buys Springdale Space
Thompson Real Estate Holdings of Fayetteville recently bought the Intents Inc. property in Springdale for $395,000. The property was purchased from Intents Inc., which bought the property in 2006 for $410,000.

The property on Shady Grove Road includes warehouse space with a second story office/apartment and showroom area. The building was constructed in 1972 and includes 5,250 SF on 0.77 acres.

Joe Lambiotte recently purchased a historic home at 204 W. South St. in Fayetteville for $365,000.

The 2,970-SF home was purchased from Mark Zweig, who bought the home in 2008 for $87,000 and renovated it.

The home, built in 1895, has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It features a wraparound porch and two-car garage.
