New Puppy LLC Buys Fayetteville Office Complex (Real Deals)

New Puppy LLC of Fayetteville recently purchased the Hometown Centre, an office complex on College Avenue in Fayetteville for $1.4 million. The complex, which includes two office buildings for a total of 13,381 SF, was purchased from Hometown Centre LLC of Fayetteville. Hometown Centre purchased the land in 2005 from Hometown Properties Ltd. The buildings were constructed in 2006.

Neil Schmitt is listed as the registered agent of New Puppy LLC. Richard Osborne is listed as the registered agent of Hometown Centre LLC.

Helm Purchases Farmington Duplexes
Neil Helm recently purchased seven duplex units in Farmington from McNair Properties LLC for $900,000.

One unit is on Northhaven Street and includes a total of 2,132 SF. The unit was built in 1997. Three units are on Rainsong Street, one with 1,988 SF, built in 1998, and two with 3,084 SF, built in 1999 and 2000. There are three units on Killdeer Drive: one with 2,268 SF built in 1998 and two with 2,340 SF. Both were built in 1996.

Crawford Builds Dollar General
C.R. Crawford Construction recently purchased a building permit valued at a combined $786,955 to construct a Dollar General store on South School Avenue in Fayetteville. The store will be 9,000 SF. It will be built on a vacant lot at the corner of School and 13th Street.

The store will be the fourth Dollar General location in Fayetteville.

Springdale Event Center Purchased
TLMLAND LLC of Fayetteville recently purchased an event center in Springdale for $630,000. The center, known as the El Vaquero Night Club, on North Old Missouri Road was purchased from J & J Investments LLC of Springdale, which purchased the club in 2003 from Barbara Lemmons for $500,000.

The 15,000-SF nightclub was constructed in 1984. The business once operated as the Neon Cowboy and is now called the Metroplex Event Center.

William B. Harris of Fayetteville is listed as the registered agent for TLMLAND LLC. Chris Reed of Springdale is listed as the registered agent for J & J Investments.

St. Vallery Downs Home Purchased
Matthew and Ellien Forsyth recently purchased a home in the St. Vallery Downs subdivision of Cave Springs for $600,000.

The 4,402-SF home and 0.91-acre lot was purchased from David and Frangie Minsky, who purchased the home in 2008 from Mauricio and Sandra Montilha for $570,000.

The two-story home was built in 2004.
