The U.S. Marshals Museum released Friday four official architect photos and an interior layout map.
Cambridge 7 Associates unveiled the museum design Thursday at the museum board meeting. A vote on the final design is scheduled for the boards June 9 meeting.
Sandi Sanders, project director of the museum, also clarified the financial figures associated with the construction and operation of the museum. Sanders said the $50 million number is a fundraising goal that estimates $22 million for construction of the museum, $15 million for comprehensive exhibit construction and placement and $5 million for an endowment fund. Also included in the fundraising goal are staff costs, upfront opening costs, furniture and fixtures and other necessary items.
