Schwyhart Sells $3.2 Million Property in Rogers (Real Deals)

Thousand Hills Legacy Land LLC recently purchased two buildings in Rogers for $3.2 million. The buildings, on S. 8th Street, include a 1,296-SF automobile showroom and a 1,440-SF service repair garage.

The buildings, which sit on 1.16 acres, were purchased from Bill Schwyhart through his Lower 40 Partners LLC. Schwyhart purchased the property in 1998 from HMG Investments for $4.1 million. Brett Ralston is the registered agent for Thousand Hills Legacy Land LLC.

The deal was financed by Great Southern Bank of Missouri.

Malco Builds More Screens
Malco Theaters of Memphis recently purchased a building permit valued at $1.36 million to expand the Malco Razorback Cinema in Fayetteville.

The theater will add four screens to the 12-screen theater. The addition includes 7,875 SF and 292 seats.

Soloff Builders, Inc. of Chattanooga, Tenn. is the general contractor on the project.

Leases Space

United Way of Northwest Arkansas leased 12,000 SF of warehouse/flex space in Bentonville from Triangle-S 1 LLC of Bentonville.

The property was listed at $14.75 per SF per year. United Way will use the property for its Gifts In Kind program.
The facilities include triple docks and an overhead door for small drop-off and pick-ups.

Improvements are being made to the middle 10,000 SF of the building with a dock door, break room and restroom facilities.

Craig Hull, principal broker with Hull & Company of Rogers, represented the owner.

Butch Gurganus, a broker with Colliers International in Bentonville represented the tenant.
