Great Southern Bank Buys Alltel Building

Bill Schwyhart, through his Financial Holdings LLC, sold the Alltel Building in the Pinnacle Point Corporate Park in Rogers to Great Southern Bank of Missouri for $4.75 million.

The 28,026-SF building on Pinnacle Hills Parkway is 90 percent occupied with tenants including the Pinnacle Dental Group, Chambers Bank of North Arkansas and Tomlinson Orthopedic Group.

The two-story building, constructed in 2001.

It was listed with Portfolio Luxury Real Estate for $6.5 million.

Bella Vista Store Purchased
Westar Enterprises LLC of Rogers recently purchased the Grand Central Station convenience store in Bella Vista for $1.55 million.

Westar purchased the station from C&L Properties LLC of Springdale. C&L purchased the 0.92-acre property in 2005 for $400,000 from Richard Leonard and Andrea Jackson.

The 2,808-SF convenience store is located in the Highlands Commercial Subdivsion.

Crossover Corner Gets New Owner
Hwy 265 LLC of Fayetteville recently purchased the Crossover Corner gas station and convenience store from Dandy Oil Co. of Springdale for $500,000.

The business, located at 4315 N. Crossover Rd. in Fayetteville, was constructed in 1996.

Dandy Oil purchased the lot from the Kirk Elsass Trust in 1994 for $155,000.

The property includes a 2,927-SF building, four gasoline pumps and three fuel tanks.

Millsap Office Building Leased
The former home of Procter & Gamble Distributing Co. on Millsap Road is now 100 percent leased.

The Millsap Road Investment Co. LLC recently announced two new tenants who are in the process of relocating to the 48,000-SF building.

The Fayetteville IRS Office and Taxpayer Assistance Center, formerly at 35 East Mountain St. in Fayetteville, is occupying 13,000 SF on the first floor of the building. Arkansas Western Gas Co. will occupy 35,000 SF on the first and second floors.

The space was listed with Flake & Kelley Commercial at $19 per SF.

The two-story, Class A office building has been vacant since Procter & Gamble relocated in November 2007.

The building was constructed in 1997.

Bill Pendergist with Flake & Kelley Commercial in Fayetteville led the leasing efforts along with Hank Kelley and Daryl Peeples with Flake & Kelley Commercial in Little Rock.
