Tontitown McDonald’s Restaurant Gets New Owners

Daniel and Sherry Pender purchased a building housing a McDonald’s restaurant in Tontitown for $882,000.

T-Town Burgers LLC sold the property at 1089 Henri De Tonti Blvd. The 3,832 SF-building is leased to McDonalds USA. The lease expires in 2028. The listing agent was Michael Migone at RealtyOne Alliance in Sarasota, Fla.

Springdale’s Lone Star Building Purchased

John Canterbury of Fort Smith recently purchased the Springdale building that formerly housed the Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon for $800,000.

Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon of Arkansas Inc. sold the building at 4901 S. Thompson St. The Lone Star group bought the building in 1995 for $688,000. The 6,926-SF building has been vacant since the restaurant closed in 2007.

The building, which sits on 1.52 acres, was built in 1990. It features hardwood floors and redwood siding.

Springdale Dealership Trades Hands

Mutley LLC of Rogers recently purchased the Superior Mazda Kia dealership in Springdale for $575,000 from James and Karen Baker. The 10,752 SF-building at 1436 East Robinson Ave. was constructed in 1974. Patsy Simmons is the registered agent for Mutley LLC.

Jeff Pederson with Steve Fineberg & Associates Inc. was the listing agent for the property.

Felkers Purchase Apartment Building

David and Nancy Felker recently purchased an apartment building on Storer Avenue in Fayetteville for $348,000. Crandall Apartments, a 5,304 SF-building, was purchased from MNJC Properties LLC.

Jeffrey T. Collins is the registered agent for MNJC Properties.

The building includes 20 one-bedroom/one bath units and three two-bedroom/one bath units. The building was constructed in 2001 by Crandall Homes and Construction.
