Charlotte Inc. Purchases AAA Mini Storage in Centerton (Real Deals)
Charlotte Inc. of Springdale recently purchased AAA Mini Storage in Centerton for $3.1 million from Trio Holdings of Springdale.
The property at 1619 E. Centerton Blvd. includes a 5,500-SF office building and ten 8,192-SF warehouses.
It has more than 500 storage units, including non-climate controlled and climate-controlled units. Units are 10-by-10 feet, 10-by-15 feet and 10-by-20 feet.
The storage facility, which was built in 2006, sits on 5.37 acres and includes 24-hour keypad access.
Gerald Johnston, Sam Bowden and Charlotte Johnston are listed as the officers of Charlotte Inc.
Trio Holdings bought the storage facility in 2007 for $2.4 million from T Crow LLC.
Beverly Graham is the incorporator/organizer of Trio Holdings. Brandon Barber is the incorporator/organizer for T Crow LLC.
Rogers Builds Recycling Facility
Natural Builders Inc. of Rogers recently purchased a building permit valued at $1.5 million to build a new recycling facility for the city of Rogers. The new center will be on 22 acres on North Arkansas Avenue, which the city purchased in 2007 for $516,000.
Resource Design of Rogers is designing the facility.
The city will also purchase equipment valued at $456,132 from Marck Industries, including a densifier, which will make it possible for the center to recycle polystyrene cups. The current center, housed at the Rogers Activity Center, can only take plastics type I and II. The new center will be able to take all types of plastics, as well as glass and cardboard. The center is expected to open this summer.
Polo Country Home Purchased
Amanda Carter recently purchased a home in the Polo Country Estates subdivision of Goshen for $525,000.
The home was purchased from Michael Graham and Britt Poulsen, who purchased the land in 2004 for $75,000.
The 3,397-SF home was built in 2005. It includes two fireplaces, a heated swimming pool and a hot tub.
Summit Builds New Terminal
Don Peters Construction recently purchased a building permit valued at $360,000 to construct a new terminal for Summit Aviation at 2440 SW Aviation St. in Bentonville.
The new 7,200-SF terminal will have additional areas for flight planning and instruction along with a new conference room.
Kum & Go Builds Bentonville Store
Henning Construction of Johnston, Iowa recently purchased a building permit valued at $332,416 to build a Kum & Go convenience store at 3610 SW Regional Airport Blvd. in Bentonville.
The 3,391-SF convenience store will include 10 fueling stations.
