Brewer Building Leased to Kutak Rock

Kutak Rock, a national law firm, moved its Northwest Arkansas offices to 234 Millsap Road in Fayetteville.
The firm is occupying about 17,000 SF of space in the top two floors of the Brewer Building.
The four-story building has about 35,000 SF of Class A office space. It was originally the headquarters of Staffmark and was leased by Tyson Foods for the past five years.
Ramsay Ball of Colliers International represented the owner of the property in the Kutak Rock lease.
Terry Pool, a partner with the firm, said the new offices will allow the firm to expand its services in the area
“Our continued growth and commitment to the area is shown in our expansion and relocation of offices to this facility,” he said. “From our new offices, we will be able to provide better service to our clients in the area.”
