Doubletree Hotel Club of Springdale Gets New Owner (Real Deals)

Vision Hospitality LLC of Chattanooga, Tenn., recently purchased the Doubletree Hotel Club in Springdale for $4.28 million from Mind Inc., an Arkansas corporation.

The hotel at 4677 West Sunset Ave. was constructed in 1997.

The 59,612-SF building includes a whirlpool, swimming pool, sauna, and a 48-foot metal fence.

Mind Inc. purchased the land in 1996 from Dilip and Niti Patel for $285,000.

Church Buys Racquet Club

Valley Harvest Ministries of Bentonville recently purchased the Summerhill Racquet Club in Rogers for $791,667.

The church purchased the 35,260-SF facility at 201 N. 37th Street from Meadows Enterprises Inc. of Fayetteville.

The building will serve as church’s community center.

The two-story building includes six tennis courts, four raquet ball courts, a swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and a fitness center.

Clear Creek Acres Home Purchased

Derek Taylor and Rosalyn Mitchell recently purchased a home in the Clear Creek Acres subdivision in Springdale for $775,000.

The 5,050-SF home on Clear Creek Drive was purchased from Monte and Brooke Johnston.

Monte Johnson is the owner of Automatic Auto Finance in Springdale.

The two-story home was built in 1997. It has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and a wrought iron fence.

The home last appraised for $806,850 in 2007.
