MKMB Builds Third Aaron?s

Maco Construction of Clarkton, Mo., recently purchased a building permit valued at $700,000 to construct an Aaron’s at 1429 W. Walnut St. in Rogers.
The building will be about 8,000 SF and about 95 percent of that will be showroom space.
The business and building will be owned by MKBM Properties LLC. Dr. Ken McVey, Brandon McVey and Ken Maddox of Poplar Bluff, Mo., are partners in MKBM.
The project is scheduled for a Sept. 15 completion.
Aaron Rents Inc. of Atlanta is the architect for the building.
Aaron’s, a consumer electronics and furniture rent-to-own business, is a franchise with about 1,560 stores nationwide. There is one Aaron’s store in Siloam Springs and one in Fayetteville.
