This is not a "typical" women's self-defense clinic. We want to give you the awareness to stay as safe as possible, avoid conflict whenever possible, and cope with violence if it does occur.

This is not a "typical" women's self-defense clinic. We want to give you the awareness to stay as safe as possible, avoid conflict whenever possible, and cope with violence if it does occur.

The seminar will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with lunch and all training materials included in registration fee.

Registration will begin at 8:45. On-site registration may be limited or closed based on number of advance registrations.

Current status for this seminar will be posted on our website. Additional sessions may be added as needed.

Throughout the day, you will be learning and practicing BASIC BUT HIGHLY EFFECTIVE techniques to use in a crisis situation. Because of this, we recommend comfortable, loose fitting sweats, and sleeved t-shirts. All techniques will be taught and practiced in a respectful environment but with real-world applications discussed and implications presented. Course not appropriate for females under 16. All minors must attend with their legal guardian.
