Toter Industries is building a 27,000-SF manufacturing facility in Springdale on the northeast corner of Emma Avenue and Huntsville Avenue, said company founder Mike Graham.

The company hosted a groundbreaking ceremony in mid-July.

Graham designed the Spa Toter, a trailer that carries and displays multiple hot tubs with easy setup and breakdown. Last year, the company introduced Stage Toter, a similarly designed trailer that offers promoters a portable stage.

Toter will eventually employ about 16 people at the facility, and will be able to produce about 100 units a year, in addition to custom jobs for third parties.

The new factory will also include a print shop that will design and produce vehicle wraps for the Toter products. Graham is also going to purchase cameras and video production equipment to make promotional videos for customers.

In addition to the Toter products, the company is also working with a company that sells products to NASCAR, as well as handling manufacturing for a Fayetteville company that makes portable, coin-operated dog washes, Graham said.
