The owners of Metro Market in Bentonville are adding more space to their 40,000-SF retail center.

Construction should begin late this year or early in 2009 on an additional building on a 1 acre lot in front of the shopping center.

There will be three or four spaces available, which will range from 1,100 SF to 1,350 SF, and will rent for $18-SF to $20-SF, with a triple net lease.
