Trudo Topples

Bank of the Ozarks has filed a foreclosure suit against Christopher Trudo, president of Christopher Custom Homes Inc., in Benton County Circuit Court seeking $1.44 million in unpaid loans.

Bank of the Ozarks is asking for repayment of three loans – which total $1.37 million – that were issued to Trudo for the purchase of residential lots in Bentonville’s Estates at Waterford Park subdivision.

The suit had received no response from Trudo’s lawyer and when we attempted to call Trudo at his office in Bentonville we found his phone had been disconnected.

Trudo has built homes in Bentonville’s Creekstone and Hidden Springs subdivisions.
