The Northwest Arkansas Planning Room can now be accessed online.

Diana Ryan, owner of the Bethel Heights business, said the Planning Room now offers online bid packages and blueprints.

The Northwest Arkansas Planning Room acts as a liaison between architects and developers seeking bids for both public and private projects and contractors looking for future jobs.

With the Planning Room’s new online option, subscribers can choose between receiving blueprints, project specifications and bid packages in hard copy or online.

“I want us to be a one-stop shop for the commercial bidding process,” Ryan said. “So far I have had a very good reception to the online packages.”

Ryan said the Planning Room has also expanded into neighboring markets and developers from Kansas City to Dallas are submitting plans.

Subcontractors and supply companies can use the Planning Room’s award sheet to find out which companies won bids for area projects.

Ryan would not disclose the number of subscribers she has on the books but said the number is in the hundreds.
