Health Care Lykins Lands Hospital Deal

The Gravette Medical Center Hospital has been given a new name and a new mission.
Lykins Landholdings LLC took over ownership of the property in November and signed a lease agreement with Springfield, Mo.-based Ozarks Community Hospital to lease the facilities and re-open the hospital.
The hospital is scheduled to reopen March 3 under the name Ozarks Community Hospital of Gravette.
The facility will have 10 inpatient beds and 24-hour emergency room services upon its initial opening.
The hospital will staff 30 to 40 medical personnel and Ozarks Community Hospital will invest about $500,000 to reopen the facilities.
The 80,000-SF medical center is located on two tracts of land that total 57 acres.
