Flying Burritio Spreading Wings

Flying Burrito is preparing for take-off.

Restaurant owners Archie Schaffer Jr. and Mike Rohrbach are in the process of franchising the Fayetteville eatery.

The duo currently has two Fayetteville restaurants and a Little Rock location that they have treated as a franchise to help them understand the process.

A third Northwest Arkansas location is currently in the works for Har-Ber Meadows in Springdale. The restaurant will be constructed using the new prototype building design.

The pair said they intend to start the expansion process at the regional level.

Resource Design in Rogers is working with Flying Burrito to design the new building and “clean-up” the logo.

The entire franchising process has not been finalized but Rorbach and Schaffer said they anticipate the first franchised location to open in early 2009.
