Shoppes Sweeps Two New Tenants

Two businesses have claimed spots at The Shoppes at Pinnacle Hills.
Long Beach, Calif.-based Perkowitz & Ruth Architects will be relocating their Northwest Arkansas regional office to The Shoppes.
The firm’s office is currently located on South 54th Street at the Village on the Creeks.
A representative from the firm said they hope to be in their new quarters by January 2008.
And Bentonville-based specialty furniture retailer I.O. Metro has also claimed their space on Market Street but has no firm plan yet for the new space.
I.O. Metro currently has retail stores in the Pinnacle Hills Promenade, on Joyce Boulevard in Fayetteville and a Home by I.O. Metro on J Street in Bentonville, Little Rock and Tulsa.
