The 2006 Benton County Ducks Unlimited membership banquet was touted as best in the state but event planners are promising that this year’s banquet will be the best yet.
The 2007 Benton County membership banquet will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 1 at the Quail Barn in Bentonville.
Earlier this year the Benton County chapter was ranked in the top 100 Ducks Unlimited chapters in the nation for 2006. No other Arkansas chapter made the cut.
The five groups that make-up the Northwest Arkansas chapter have also continued to grow and now rival the Little Rock and North Little Rock for the largest chapter in the state title.
