Group Purchases Northwest Arkansas Mall

Midwest Mall Properties LLC purchased the Northwest Arkansas Mall, the Citadel Mall in Colorado Springs and the Crossroads Mall in Oklahoma City for around $400 million in late 2006 and the partnership of Doyle Rogers, John Flake and Sam Mathias took over daily operations on July 1.

Now they’ve added Jeff Probasco to handle the leasing department for all three malls.

Probasco has 25 years experience in enclosed mall redevelopment and knows the Northwest Arkansas market well as he previously handled leasing for the Fayetteville mall while working for Macerich, a publicly traded company and the previous owner of all three malls.

He moves from managing several properties for Macerich to exclusively working for MMP.
