Tyson Launches $70M Advertising Campaign
Tyson Foods Inc. of Springdale announced a new $70 million advertising campaign called “Thank You.”
Tyson announced the campaign at the Stephens Inc. Spring Investor Conference in New York.
“The advertising campaign will communicate to consumers in a fun, engaging way how Tyson products help make ‘Mom’ a hero at mealtime,” Carolyn Rehbock, Tyson vice president of insights and innovation, said in a news release.
The marketing plan includes TV and radio advertising, plus consumer promotions to drive new and repeat purchases. It will target general audiences, as well as Hispanic and African-American markets. It will begin this month.
A Tyson insider said the company plans to keep the “Powered by Tyson” campaign from recent years active internally and at some special events.
